Before using Avnod platform you must read and agree with our term and condition to acknowledge, understanding. This agreement with dispute resolving, intercession rations in section 17, and admit all of these terms. If YOU DON’T AGREE to be assured with terms and conditions of these agreements; You MAY DECLINE OR ACCESS THE AVNOD (AVNODE) platform, including all other services provided through AVNOD platform. If you use the AVNOD(E) platform in any other country, that mean you accept to be subject to AVNOD (AVNODE) terms and conditions service for that country. By using the AVNOD platform you agree as well to the conduct yourself in accord with our communities’ recommendation, which shall form measure of this agreement between you and AVNOD (AVNODE).

Driver License/State ID

The company is not responsible for any substance that is not require by Law of the State, anything that found in the vehicle is the driver responsibility, and the driver alone will appear, and respond to any request by law or law enforcement, it is the drivers responsibility to check inside, and outside of the car before getting in or driver our vehicle, the driver must be aware of community guideline by State law, and requirement of States. Therefore, after driving 500 miles there may be a fee $20 each day from initial or more may add to your amount. Note that if you obtain a camera violation ticket this is your responsible, and pay it on time, if you failed to pay your violation ticket, the company will charge you double after five days from the notice, further if you don’t pay your violation ticket after 30 days, the company will add $100 every 30 days from the initial day of your violation. If you don’t take the company insurance any scratches is your responsibility. You can use this vehicle for 48 hrs; you can contact us for any additional days.

Using your own insurance

I’m allowing charging any additional fees, such as the smoking fees, insurance fees, or any others require by company. By signing this sheets meaning that you agree with Avnod LLC or Park to earn it inc tem/conditions that may require to withdraw any additional charges from your credit or debit card There is a $500 fine for smoking in the car, and 120 fees for messy inside of the vehicle, $20 insured, $20 for tolls fees, or $ 1 admin fee for each toll fee charges. The gas must be the same amount from the initial or a fees apply to your credit or debit card. Sign if you agree.

Avnod Car, the first class

The Drivers are responsible for anything is in the car, and it is not the company responsible to control what is inside of vehicle. Therefore, the driver must keep eyes on what get in/out of the vehicle, or Avnod vehicle use for business purpose only, the driver must follow the company guidelines not to transport any illegal substances, also respect the community guidelines, and follow the State law, and federal law. Any charges from the vehicle or causing by you we will be added, and we will automatically charge the credit/debit card used for this service

As a Payment Initiation Service Provider , we used the methods below

Apple Pay :

When customer select the apple payment method to complete their transaction ,it's connected with their apple device id and they have to provide their valid email and phone number .And it will show the price of the transaction .We connected The apple payment method to the Stripe .We maintain high security for our users to share the data

Paypal :

When customer select the Paypal payment method to complete their transaction ,it's connected with their paypal account .And then it will show the price of the transaction .We connected The Paypal payment method to the Stripe .We maintain high security for our users to share the data

Account Deletion :

We keep Your information privacy with highest security. In case you want to delete your account on avnod you can do that from Avnod mobile app. To do that Open Avnod Car and go to profile and Click on Delete account. We will remove your whole information from our system to keep you secure.
